We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and comfortable, providing us with ample space to relax. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool which we enjoyed. The location was ideal, with everything in the burbs within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond, matching a lower rate so that we could stay an extra night. We were impressed by their exceptional service.

We loved the view from the balcony, especially at night and in the early morning. The lights and the busy city were a sight to behold. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the bathroom exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially Pinky at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were running late due to a meeting extension, and Pinky kindly extended our stay. Her kindness and courtesy made a lasting impression on us. Additionally, the hotel's location next to the Galleria shopping mall was convenient.
