We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful decor, friendly staff, and convenient location in North America. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We really appreciated the parking and transportation options, as well as the abundance of bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The staff's reception and welcome were professional and courteous. Breakfast was really good. The complementary ride around town drop off and pick up was a wonderful perk. The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient for tourists.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The ambiance throughout the entire restoration of the bank building was truly remarkable. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the mixologist's drinks.

The hotel's historic decor and details are wonderful. The lobby's chandeliers are breathtaking. Proximity to bars and right next to the Metro Rail. Convenient location for visitors, with easy access to the theater district and the Galleria. The staff is friendly and eager to help.
